General Information

 

Program Fees help to pay buses, trips, uniforms and other supplies that support the students and the program.

 

2022-2023 Fees

Annual Fees for all students in band, orchestra or choir: $155

Additional Fees:

Jazz Band I = $150

Jazz Band II = $150

Percussion = $50

Fiddle = $150

All Band students must buy an ASB card: $35

Mandatory for all band members, the ASB card allows band members performing at football & basketball games free entrance.

Note: You can't pay for this an ASB card on this site; this is to be paid on School Pay via your student's Source account or at the fiscal office at BHS (in the Commons)

ASB cards also have the benefit of a reduced entrance price at other athletic events. If you have an ASB card already from playing a sport at BHS, you don’t need another one.

Camp Fees:

Band Camp = $210 

Orchestra Camp = $180

Choir Camp = $180

2022 Camp Dates at Camp Seymour

Band: Sep.t 9-11th

Choir: Sept. 23-25th

Orchestra: Sept. 16-18th

How to Pay Fees

All fees are due July 1st

Click on your student's program link in the box above. Create an account to keep track of payments - click on Login in right hand corner. Enter in an email and password.

Add in the note's section at checkout the student's name and the item you are paying for.

To pay a custom amount (like a fee less a scholarship request amount or student account balance), please use the Donate button. Pay what you can now toward the fees. You will have the opportunity before check out to list your student's name and name of the fee in the Notes section. You can then request a Scholarship for the remainder of the fees using the form linked below.

 

Don't use Paypal? You can still pay online without using Paypal. At checkout, click the pay by Paypal option. Scroll down past "Having Trouble?" to choose the option Pay by Debit or Credit Card.  

Scholarships Are Available

The Music and Drama directors, together with the Ballard High School Performing Arts Booster Club (BPABC), is committed to providing a high quality experience for all students who wish to participate in Performing Arts activities regardless of financial circumstances.  If you are in need of partial or full assistance with payment fees, we ask that you pay what you can using the Donate button for a custom amount (details above at "How to Pay Fees"). Then, please fill out the online Google Scholarship Form (downloadable & print copy HERE.  This confidential form goes only to the directors and the BPA Administrative Assistant. You will be contacted once you fill out a Scholarship form. Any student that wants to be in the music program will have assistance if needed. 

 

The boosters also offer several student fundraisers throughout the year to help with costs of trips, etc.
