General Information
Ballard Performing Arts program fees help pay for sheet music, buses, festival fees, uniforms,
t-shirts, and other supplies that support the students and the program.
2026-27 Fees
Band: $175
Orchestra: $175

Jazz Band I = $150
Jazz Band II = $150
Percussion = $75
Fiddlers = $150

All Band students must buy an ASB card: $35. Purchase on SchoolPay during the 2026-27 school year. ASB cards also offer a reduced entrance fee at other athletic events. If you have an ASB card already from playing a sport at BHS, you don’t need another one.​​

About the CutTime Student Account System

What You Need to Know:

Activate your account: You will (or have already) receive an email or a text message from CutTime. Please follow the prompts to complete your registration.

Multiple Guardians: Each guardian must complete registration in order to have access to their student's account.

Multiple Students: Each of your students is linked to your account, so you can log in in once and see information for all your students. Click on each student’s name to see their complete profile.

For camp and class fees, please go to the Payments section for each student, and pay directly from there.
