The Ballard Performing Arts Booster Club helps to raise funds to support the students and directors of all performing arts programs. The annual fee goes to the Associated Student Body (ASB) fund. The Music Department annual fee covers the cost of our operating expenses—sheet music, festival fees, transportation, t-shirts, instrument repair, and uniform cleaning and maintenance. ASB funds cannot be spent to pay for coaches, clinicians or guest instructors. These items, along with student scholarships, are the bulk of the BHS Performing Arts Booster Club budget. Funds for this budget come from our fundraising events, matching funds, sponsorship, merchandise sales, and passive fundraising.
The Booster Club also sponsors fundraising events for students to help raise money for their student accounts. Details of each of these platforms are included through links on the left of this page.

Student Fundraisers
Students sell products and earn money toward individual ASB accounts to pay for trips, camp, or uniform fees. These may include, Coffee, and Candy Bars. Look for more info throughout the year about these seasonal fundraisers.
Corporate Sponsorship
Have a business or know of one who would like to sponsor us? Sponsors receive many benefits from publicity to tickets to concerts and plays.

Monthly Giving
Make a donation and check the box for a recurring monthly donation. Give a little or a lot each month and the support adds up. Click the donate button below.
Matching Funds
Now that we are an official 501c3, ask if your employer will match your donation. Many companies match 1 to 1 and others up to even 1 to 17 times!
