Program Fees help to pay buses, trips, uniforms and other supplies that support the students and the program. This year, due to virtual instruction, we will have fewer trips but different needs. This year we are providing additional technology support so students can play together and enable optimal instruction and performances. While your program fees will be used a bit differently, we ensure you that they will be put to great use in ensuring a high quality artistic experience for all students.
Annual Fees for band, orchestra or choir: $155
Jazz I = $200
Jazz II = $100
Percussion = $50
Fiddle = $200

How to Pay Fees
Click on your program link. Create an account to keep track of payments - click on Login in right hand corner. Enter in an email and password.
All fees are due September 15

(Note: in a typical year, fees are due July 1 prior to the beginning of school year).
Add in the note's section at checkout the student's name and the item you are paying for.
To pay a custom amount (like a fee less a scholarship request amount or student account balance), please use the Donate button. Pay what you can now toward the fees. You will have the opportunity before check out to list your student's name and name of the fee in the Notes section. You can then request a Scholarship for the remainder of the fees using the form linked below.
Don't use Paypal? You can still pay online without using Paypal. At checkout, click the pay by Paypal option. Scroll down past "Having Trouble?" to choose the option Pay by Debit or Credit Card.
Scholarships Are Available
The Music and Drama directors, together with the Ballard High School Performing Arts Booster Club (BPABC), is committed to providing a high quality experience for all students who wish to participate in Performing Arts activities regardless of financial circumstances. If you are in need of partial or full assistance with payment fees, we ask that you pay what you can using the Donate button for a custom amount (details above at "How to Pay Fees"). Then, please fill out the Scholarship Form. This confidential form goes only to the directors and the BPA Administrative Assistant. You will be contacted once you fill out a Scholarship form. Any student that wants to be in the music program will have assistance if needed.
The boosters also offer several student fundraisers throughout the year to help with costs of trips, etc. Currently, these fundraisers are on hold during remote learning.
