Trip Payment Information

The Band and Orchestra Spring Disney trip (April 5 - 8) will need to be paid in full by January 3, 2023.

We've set up three payments of $415.00:

  • First payment due on November 1st

  • Second due on December 1st

  • Final payment due on January 3rd

Payments can be made by check or credit card. Check payments can be sent in with your student and dropped in the band room secure mailbox or mailed to the BPA PO Box:

For choir trip payments: Choir families are paying directly to the travel tour company so there is no payment option for choir on our website.

For your planning purposes, the payment schedule is as follows:

  • $450 — Deposit due at booking

  • $449.75 — 1st payment due November 28th

  • $449.75 — 2nd payment due December 28th

  • $449.75 — 3rd payment due January 28th

  • $449.75 — Final payment due February 28th

Option 1: Register/pay online

Harmony Tours provides an easy online registration process and the ability to pay by bank transfer or credit card. You can access the registration link and payment portal here: https://tri.ps/U3nsZ

Option 2: Register through email and pay by check

If you would prefer to pay with a check, you’ll need to register by email. Please fill out the Non Credit-Card Registration” form attached to Ms. Rowley's email and email it to tours@go2harmony.com. They will follow up with details about how to mail the check!

PLEASE NOTE: You can apply funds from student fundraising to pay for the trips. Contact treasurer Jill Hansen at bpabtreasurer@gmail.com for details.
