Spaghetti Dinner is Saturday Feb. 12
Ain’t no mountain high enough to keep this party from happening! Pulling off the full meal deal offered in the past is not possible this year, but we will be supplying Food For the Soul and put on a show worth remembering.
“Some day, We’ll be Together,” is our anthem and we are planning to livestream the event on February 12th from school All Night Long with the students, while families enjoy spaghetti meal kits at home and enjoy the show on YouTube. You will find yourself Dancing in the Streets people!
We are lining up our wonderful sponsors again, who have supported this dinner for years and years: Grocery Outlet, Better Meats, Ballard Market, Cascioppo Brothers, Essential Baking, and others. If you find yourself saying: What’s Going On, you can check our newsletter, Facebook, Instagram or even ask your student for details.
YouTube Livestream Virtual Performance will be in the evening, time TBD.

Meal kit pick up will be during the day, likely noon to 2 pm. Tickets will soon be available on the Ballard Performing Arts website.
There are a few ways YOU can get involved:
Donate your time or talent to the effort. We meet every Monday at 7 pm by Zoom.
Donate something for a raffle like a unique experience, nearby cabin, Airbnb, or another type of adventure. We're always fundraising!
Donate a few bottles of wine so that we can provide a fun add-on to the meal kit. We are looking for about 60 bottles of wine, red preferred, that are $10+. We make it easy. You can drop your donation at the Goodwill Trailer event on January 22 from 9 - noon in the north parking lot off 67th, or we'll pick up the wine for you!

Student Vocalist Needed for Spaghetti Dinner Performance
Auditions are Tuesday, Jan 18th during second period Wind Ensemble. Singers need to prepare the tune, Al Green's Take Me to the River, and sing it with the Wind Ensemble. Lyrics are printed out and in the choir room and band room. Any questions, contact Jay Gillespie.
Screens to Stage Fundraising Campaign Results!
We are blown away to report that we raised $30,000 during our Screens to Stage Giving Campaign which wrapped up on Nov. 20.
Thank you to everyone who came out last Wednesday night for our Screens to Stage Wrap Party. We raised about $10,000 alone that night, and it was a wonderful night full of fun and energy. Watching our kids perform in front of a crowd for the first time in what seems like forever, was amazing. Thanks to everyone’s generosity over the past 3 weeks, we exceeded our goal of $20,000 and set us up to have to raise less funds in the spring! We are all so grateful for this community and thank you for giving so generously.
